If you would like to request a refund – please сontact our support by this link with the following form:
- Your ZoogVPN account email
- Name of the payment platform through which the purchase(charge) was made
- Reason(s) why you would like to receive a refund
Our helpful and speedy support staff is always happy to help with any problem. If you have a technical issue and that has not been resolved (after liaising with support and following all recommendations), you could be entitled to a full refund providing the conditions prescribed in our Refund Policy.
NB! Only Credit/Debit card and Paypal payments can be refunded.
Purchases made through ApplePay should be refunded directly from Apple itself. Apple maintains a very strict data security policy and does not allow access, manage, cancel, or refund of your subscription. As a result, we cannot manage customer refunds from our side. To cancel your subscription, open your iPhone Settings, open your Apple ID account, and you will be able to manage the subscriptions from that section.
