Formula 1 is the iconic annual racing competition and is considered by many the king of motorsports. Each year the prestigious races attract millions of eyeballs – last year we witnessed the scorching rivalry between Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton when the Championship was taken by the Red Bull driver on the last lap of the last race. This year we have a few more contenders on our hands represented by Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz and Mercedes’ newest addition George Russell. Despite its popularity, F1 is hard to find on regular TV channels as opposed to 10-15 years ago. It became more pay-to-view-ish, but there are still a few free alternatives that don’t require you to live-stream F1 on some shady virus-ridden websites.

How can I watch Formula 1 highlights?
The official Formula 1 YouTube channel provides highlights for each race, but they are rather stingy with the content, as the 52-71 lap race cannot be fully displayed in just a 3 minute clip. There’s an alternative though. Follow these instructions to watch full-length highlights with commentaries:

Who is favored to win the F1 Championship?
Well, many fans and bookies see Charles Leclerc as the new Formula 1 champion thanks to his outstanding driving so far this season. However, the constant engine failures and several other issues in the Ferrari camp make it unclear whether he’ll be able to convert enough brilliant races into Championship points. Besides that, the reigning champion Max Verstappen is already ahead in terms of points, and the Red Bull team seems to have figured out the issues with a car at the beginning of this season. It’s still unclear whether George Russell aka Mr.Consistency could continue his series of impressive top-5 finishes, but with his departure from Williams, he became a real threat to Red Bull, Ferrari, and even his star teammate Lewis Hamilton. This season is seriously unpredicatble yet highly entertaining.
